The Great Fox Illusion by Justyn Edwards

YOUNG READER REVIEW

I loved this book, as even if you know what is happening at the start, everything that you know seems fake or it is the other way around. Even someone who you class as unimportant could be a key part of the puzzle. It is also good as you progress through the book you can see the people growing – their knowledge is magic… I recommend this book for 8-11 year olds. By: Katie (age 12). Rating: 5/5.

This book is about a girl called Flick Lions, who has entered a dead magician’s TV show. Others want to find out where a famed unknown trick is, but Flick needs it in order to put her family back together again. I really enjoyed it because it included what I love the most: magic, adventure, and great peril. It was really interesting to find out how magic tricks are done. I really recommend it for 7 to 12 year-olds. By: Yumi (age 12). Rating: 4.5/5.
